'79 - My husband Roger Hesse and I have lived in Wisconsin for 12 years now. We have been married 22 years and have two daughters, Stef who is 17 and Kim that is 15. Unlikely that we will make it to the reunion as I was diagnosed with lung cancer in January and chemo treatments are weekly. Keep our family in your prayers, and all of you who attend the reunion have a wonderful time! The photo is of our two daughters. NOTE: The alumni profile noted above by Denise was posted in March 2006. Sadly, Denise succumbed to cancer on July 18, 2006. The Castilleja and Hesse families are very grateful to all the MK alumni that supported her and the families via e-mails, cards and letters received during the past five months. Our sincerest condolences to the all, especially to her daughters, Stef and Kim, her husband, Roger Hesse, and brothers Dan '78 and Doug '82. May God keep her in his safekeeping until we all meet again... |
